Hobbies

Well, I have a bunch of projects that I want to get done this summer. Spring (summer) Clean the house, Spring (summer) weed the yard & get it fixed up, various sewing & quilting projects, scrapbooks caught up, and fixing & finishing up several rooms in our home, etc, etc. (there's a big list).
Well, I have put the kids to work since they got out of school & they have helped me spring clean the house & weed the yard. We are still not done & still have a ways to go, but they have been a great help.
I also managed to finish one of my sewing projects (holiday pillow cases). I got the ones done in time for the Fourth of July, & finally finished the Easter ones (too late for this year - but it'll be all done for next year). Eventually, my goal is to make a different pillow case for each month of the year for the kids (12 in all plus a birthday one). I just thought it would be a fun way to celebrate each month & the kids love it.
