Here are various pictures from Family Dinner's in June:

Crazy Photos that Melanie took:

A few weeks later, we had another dinner to celebrate Don's parents 42nd wedding anniversary. Melanie was the photographer for most of the photos below:

Courtney & Great Grandma on the couch discussing knitting (one of Courtney's favorite hobbies).

My favorite guys, notice they are twins :-)
If you have been around Dayton in the last few months or so, you will know that he likes to call himself Daddy and call Don - Dayton. If we call him "Dayton" (i.e "Dayton, come here"), he will correct us and say, "You mean Daddy" & if we call Don - "Daddy" (i.e "Go and give this to Daddy"), he will correct us and say "You mean Dayton". This has been going on for a few months. It is hilarious!!!

Various pictures the kids took:

We had Father's Day dinner at Don's parents' home. I didn't get any pictures that day (but I am hoping to snag some from Don's mom when she post). We had a wonderful day & our so thankful for the wonderful Fathers we have & so thankful that my children have a wonderful father. In sacrament meeting the primary kids sang a beautiful song about Fathers. I love the simple, beautiful words of that song, it really touches me, and it makes me cry every time I hear or read the words as they are words that come from my heart that I would tell my father; as I really miss him, love him, and am so thankful for him.

The father of our home lead our family,
With wisdom's light in all that's right;

My father's good to me.

Fathers are so special,
With a very special love.

They watch us and protect us.

They guide us and direct us.

Back to our home above.

Happy Father's Day!!
