Happy Halloween!!!

For Halloween this year, Don & I thought it would be neat to do a theme with costumes-- i.e. all dress up as characters of Wizard of Oz, Peter Pan, Snow White, or some other fairy tale. Unfortunately, Don is working nights & we realized he would be working that night -- so we decided to do the theme next year. Grandma & Grandpa Coates joined us as we (me & the kids)went to a community carnival held at a church in the Camas- out in the hills near us (since my kids can't really go trick or treating out where we live--- it would take 10 -15+ minutes to walk to each house -- in the rain) Anyway, this church really goes all out!! They have a bunch of rooms with games (fishing, darts, ring toss, etc) for the kids to play & treats to choose from after the game. They had face painting, & about five big blow up houses -- there were two bouncy houses, a slide, a maze, a Noah's ark & more. We were there about two hours & we all had a blast.
